One of the worst companies I ever worked with. I don’t have any complaint of the company actually. But there is a US shift team working. This lady Asha, she has some old US base with her, Probably for 10 yrs or more they are using the same base even now. The clients are just shouting at the top of their voice, this lady cannot find new base and still the employees need to call the same clients.
Palani is just like robot, he always believe Asha. Both of them should understand some basic kind of decency, diplomacy, sincerity..... They have special attention on some people and only for them they will help, even though they do mistake these guys wont open their mouth.
